unable to use the content ai credits

    I am writing to express my frustration with the AI credits feature on your platform. I Hvae recently Got 5 credits for the Content AI feature, but when I checked my WordPress dashboard, the credits were not showing up.
    I have tried troubleshooting the issue by disconnecting and reconnecting my Rank Math account, as suggested in your support documentation
    However, this did not resolve the issue.
    I am disappointed that I am unable to use the credits that I have Got, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know what steps I can take to ensure that the credits appear on my WordPress dashboard and that I am able to use the Content AI feature.

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

    Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
