In this case, you may need to use .htaccess redirect for your homepage like this:

RedirectMatch 301 ^/$ https://help.woosa.com/en/

Please create a copy of your current .htacess file for backup before modifying your .htacess file. You can also get in touch with your web host for assistance as it is a sensitive file.
