    Dear Team,

    Again, we are dealing with the issue mentioned in my last support ticket (error message: double sitemap)

    When following your solution advice, the error message comes back after leaving the settings of Rank Math. (deleting transitients)

    Isn’t there any setting to fix this issue with Rank Math long term?

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    We are still getting the same critical error message from the login link in the sensitive data section.

    Alternatively, you can create a user and share the login details instead.
