For example, you can add the code to your single.php / single-page.php or header.php file.

This error appears when WordPress is unable to check for PHP errors upon file uploading in the WP file editor to prevent saving code that could/will break your site. You will have to use FTP or File Manager of your cPanel to add the code to the theme files.
To fix the issue, you should get in touch with your host as they should be able to help you fix it.
