Can you please confirm if you’re not able to see the Index Status tab in Rank Math > Analytics? If so, please head to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics, and from there enable the Index Status tab option: https://rankmath.com/kb/url-inspection-api-integration/#enable-index-status-tab
