Unfortunately, Rank Math is not compatible with your PHP version and WordPress version. You need at least PHP version 7.4 and WordPress version 6.0 to run Rank Math smoothly. However, we highly recommend that you update WordPress to the latest version, which is 6.2.2 as of now.
Updating your PHP and WordPress versions will not only allow you to use Rank Math, but also improve the security, performance, and functionality of your site. You can learn more about the benefits of updating PHP and WordPress here.
To update your PHP version, you need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to do it for you. Alternatively, you can follow this guide to do it yourself if you have access to your server settings.
To update your WordPress version, you can go to Dashboard > Updates and click on Update Now.
