Can you please share a screenshot of the incorrect information from our plugin?
Also, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the button “Delete Internal Links”
After that, head over to the affected page and update/save it without changing anything.

We can visually see the one outbound link added to the content of your post. However, there are multiple hidden external links in your content as you can see in my screenshot I added in the sensitive data section.
Can you please confirm if you are using any custom page builder to construct your content?
The reason Rank Math is seeing more than one outbound link is because Rank Math is also reading the hidden content I mentioned in the screenshot.
