Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
You can use the CSS selector of any section you want to add to the Speakable Schema.
Here is a guide to help you with selecting a CSS selector: https://www.scrapingbee.com/tutorials/how-to-extract-css-selectors-using-chrome/
And for the FAQ block, you can use #rank-math-faq
.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hi
Thanks for responding.
You already have an FAQ schema which I can choose to use on a page.
HOWEVER that schema is not speakable.
What I am asking is if YOU can include the speakable schema in the schema for FAQ pages.
Thanks
David
Hello,
As per schema.org’s documentation, the speakable schema is expected to use only on Article
and WebPage
schemas so to answer your question, we’re afraid we won’t be adding the speakable schema as the speakable schema is only applicable for said schema types.
https://schema.org/speakable
We would suggest adding the FAQ page via blocks and Article schema for the single post type where you can add the speakable schema.
Please also note that the speakable schema feature is only available in our PRO version. If you are using the PRO version, please let us know the email address you used to purchase the subscription so we can verify it.
Looking forward to helping you.
