    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    This is the actual support forum of the Rank Math plugin. We’ve tried to check your website but it is asking for a username and password in the prompt box. You can share the login in the sensitive data section.

    However, it looks like the Rank Math Rest API is getting a 500 error. For initial troubleshooting, please check the PHP values of your site by heading over to your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server. If they are set too low on your site, please ask your hosting provider to upgrade the values according to the following:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

    If the issue still persists, please share the error log of your website with us. Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.

    You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, and they will help you locate the log file.

    Hello – Here is an update. I had DreamHost make your recommended changes to my *live*. I still see the same errors and my Rank Math edits are still not saving. I will ask DreamHost to make your recommended changes to my staging site (which is where I was doing my initial debugging) and then I’ll send you the login info as sensitive data once the change is made.

    I’ve been holding off because DreamHost claims that they are looking into it from their end. I have not heard back from them yet. If they can’t figure it out soon, I’ll have them make your recommended changes to the staging site and provide you with the credentials.

    However, we’re unable to log in to your WordPress dashboard as /wp-admin or /wp-login.php is not working.
