You can add the VAT identification number during the checkout process as shown below:

And if you need to change any billing information on your invoice, you can proceed to purchase and get in touch with our payment provider FastSpring. So, by contacting them, you can add your company informations to the invoice as well.

As per RBI rules in Indian we cannot pay in USD to an Indian Company.
Can we get some other payment modes which supports Rupees transaction.

You are paying through our payment provider, which is based in the US. Also, we do have a lot of users from India that have paid without any issues.
Please talk to your card provider, since you are making a new purchase, the new RBI guidelines for standing instructions do not apply.
Could you please talk to your card provider and then try again?
Alternatively, you can use PayPal or AmazonPay to make the payment.
