problem with GA4 | data cannot be shown

    Hello,

    I read the guide here at https://rankmath.com/kb/zero-search-traffic-error/
    and I tried the #3 Check if Rank Math SEO Account is Connected. It is connected.
    But at #4 Check Google Analytics Configuration, I cannot find the View Settings option (as your guide talks about GA3). And in its new version, this option is not provided. Also, I received a message in my dashboard. See the screenshot, please.

    Let me know. The only thing I am considering is to delete the plugin and GA4 property and create an new one, from scratch.

    GA4 data cannot be shown as they have not yet been received. (the message).

    Could you please confirm if you have recently created your GA4 property? Please share the website URL so we can check as well.

    Also, have you enabled the Install Analytics code option in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics?

    Meanwhile, please note that for a newly created property, it will take a few hours to collect and display the initial data in Google Analytics.

    I made a Reconnect at General settings->Analytics and now it shows me that the Analytics section has a red instead of a green sign. The search console though has a green sign. Maybe the GA has created a new GA account for me but I did not choose it. Do I need to delete the plugin, and re-install in again?

    We’ve checked your website https://tagassistant.google.com/ but didn’t find any Google tag there.

    Can you please confirm if you’ve enabled the Install Analytics Code option from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics?

    Please follow this guide to remove Rank Math App from your Google account and reconnect it with all the required permissions: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token

    After that, please enable the Install Analytics Code option and clear your website cache and see if that works for you.
