How to index Tags

We understand that you are trying to get your tags indexed, but you are seeing a message from Rank Math that says NOINDEX ROBOTS META IS ENABLED. You want to know how to disable the noindex setting for your tags. We are here to help you with that.

There are two ways to disable the noindex setting for your tags. One is to do it individually for each tag, and the other is to do it globally for all tags. Here are the steps for both methods:

• To disable the noindex setting for an individual tag, you need to edit the tag and look for the Rank Math meta box. You can find it below the tag description field. In the Rank Math meta box, you need to click on the Advanced tab. There, you will see a checkbox that says No Index. You need to uncheck that box and save the changes. • To disable the noindex setting for all tags, you need to go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Tags in your WordPress dashboard. There, you will see a section called Tag Robots Meta. You need to uncheck the No Index option and save the changes. This will allow all tags to be indexed by search engines.
