  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We have inspected your page and we have verified that the page is redirecting properly to the destination URL. You can see this by looking at the HTTP headers of the page, which show a 301 status code, indicating a permanent redirect. Here is a screenshot of the HTTP headers of the page:

It seems that you might have a caching issue that is preventing you from seeing the correct redirect. You can try to clear your browser cache, and then visit the page again to see if the redirect works. You can also try to visit the page in a private or incognito window to see if the issue persists. To clear your browser cache, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F5 on Windows or Command+Shift+R on Mac, or follow the instructions from your browser settings.

We hope this helps you resolve the issue and see the proper redirect. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding Rank Math, please feel free to contact us again. We are always happy to help.

Thank you for choosing Rank Math!

Found the issue. The client had an plugin that specifically for redirecting any 404 page to the home page. I removed the plugin so the rank math redirect can function properly.

    Thanks
