I want to don’t index category and tags terms

You can set the robots meta tag of your categories and terms on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > [Categories/Terms] > Robots Meta.

To set Categories to NoIndex, please head over to Post > Categories > Select the Category you want to set to NoIndex > Edit > in Rank Math’s Meta Box, go to Advanced > ROBOTS META > Select No Index
Don’t forget to click Update

On the other hand, if you want to set tags to NoIndex, please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Tags > Tag Archives Robots Meta > No index > Save Changes
