    hey guys I tried in webmaster tools to add the interest HTMl tag to get interest to verify my site.
    first of all, Wrodfence tried to block it. Having got past that I added the HTML tag copied from Pinterest and when it was saved the metatag part was missing.

    so when I tried to verify on Pinterest I get this message saying ‘No relevant meta tag was found’. So interest cant verify what am I doing wrong or is this your end?

    I cant load screenshots here (why not?) so hope the explanation is enough

    That’s the intended behavior when you use your HTML tag on Webmaster Tools. However, Rank Math automatically adds the remaining code to the website. You can check this from your page source.

    Regarding the verification, can you please confirm if you’ve precisely followed the steps mentioned in the below guide? https://rankmath.com/kb/pinterest-site-verification/

    Please note that it can take some time (usually an hour or up to 24 hours) to get the verification approved.

    Hello,

    The verification meta tag is already present in the homepage’s source:

    If you are still facing the issue then please make sure that you have entered the correct verification ID in our plugin’s settings and then clear the cache of your site & server, and check again.
