Video Outside the Viewport issue is related to the placement of the video on the page. You should make sure that the video must appear in the viewport when loading the page to be considered for indexing. Move the video so that the entire video is inside the renderable area of the page and seen when the page loads.
Also, the Rank Math meta tags and schema are shown twice in your page’s source code.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this could be caused by conflicting plugins/themes on your site.

I can check that the Schema and meta tags are only present once in the source code currently. So it seems like the issue was temporary and has been resolved.
For the viewport issue, you will have to make changes to the position of the video yourself and make sure you place it correctly so Google can view it and the page is eligible for video rich snippets.
