    My credits disappeared and do not let me use! Terrible and I have now trime to work and I can not just because I had to relogin to the system???

    Also, in the meantime, can you please confirm to us if you’re seeing the correct number of credits when you log in to rankmath.com/my-account/websites?

    If you’re seeing the correct number of credits here, then this is a problem with the syncing of information between rankmath.com and your website. Disconnecting then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this – but if you’re not seeing the correct number of credits on rankmath.com/myaccount (https://i.rankmath.com/i/P5hrqw), then this is billing-related and we need to look into it further.

    How? I never been I guess on that site, I purchased back then I was on wordpress and had downloaded the trial for RankMath if I good remember than I had purchased from there. From that consol I was drive to pay. about $50 dollar

    I find an older email. and I see my purchase, with a different email. but here is thing. Rank match was logged out from my website yesterday when I had login to wordpress it is forced me to log in and I logged in with an other account its created for me looks alike. Now I can not log out . Like I do not have any option to do that in the console. talking about word press!I think it is very annoying I have to email back and forth because even a simple login is so overcomplicated.
    I often clean the browser history and caches so it will happen frequently and if a log in is so overly complicated is not good for me.

    Yes, your current account was created for that email address.

    Please share the old email address you are referring to so we can verify it and possibly merge it with that one so you can use the Content AI credits as well.

    I do not want to merge I want to just continuously use the old one. all settings was related on the old and it is not old just purchased 2 months ago. only rank match signed out bec of the chrom history was cleared, and I do not even know why it is created a new account

    Please note that merging the accounts will not affect the settings of the plugin on your site. We can also merge your new account with your old account.

    However, if you don’t want us to merge the accounts then please log in to your old account that is registered with the email address mentioned in the sensitive data section and then Disconnect & Reconnect your Rank Math account from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help to add the credits to your site.
