When I checked in google robot.txt tester it gave me that “html is corrupt” message at the bottom..

So, assuming this is a caching issue. Please try clearing your site, plugin, or any server-level cache to see if that works for you.
If the issue still persists, please edit your robots.txt file and include the same rules without the <!-- html is corrupted --> line.

Thanks ..it’s working well now ..what I did was that ..I rolled back the version of my rank math and cleared cache ..and after that, it worked fine..
