Newly bought content AI credits not available

    Dear Sirs,
    I manage several websites with you guys. Yesterday I bought an AI credit subscription ($19.00) to be applied to the website truckledfinder.com (I bought it from my WordPress truckledfinder.com site).
    Maybe because I chose to pay with a different credit card to the one registered on the Rankmath website account (truckledfinder.com), the subscription was used to open a new account under my name Rodolfo Auvert (the card owner).
    Please transfer the Content AI credit to the Rankmath truckledfinder.com account because it is on that site that I need the content AI credits.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We have transferred your purchased AI credits to the other email account.

    Now, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    reconnect

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct AI credit count.

    Also, to avoid any confusion in the future, would you like to merge these two accounts?

    If so, please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.
