Setup Wizard not connecting to website

    Hi Support,

    I seem to be stuck in setup wizard – Connect to Google services. Under my site, it is showing blank, and I have tried this few times but still getting nothing under the site I can’t attach the screenshot so can’t show you exactly what I am getting.

    To fix the issue, please make sure you have the latest version of the Rank Math plugin installed on your site. You can check the latest version here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

    Once you have updated the plugin, please follow these steps to reconnect Rank Math with your Google account and grant all the necessary permissions:

    1. Go to your Google account settings and click on Security.
    2. Scroll down to the section called Third-party apps with account access and click on Manage third-party access.
    3. Find Rank Math in the list of apps and click on it.
    4. Click on Remove access and confirm your action.
    5. Go back to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
    6. Click on Deauthorize Account and then click on Authorize again.
    7. Follow the instructions to sign in with your Google account and allow Rank Math to access your data.

    Thanks for a quick responds but i am afraid I am still getting nothing 🙁

    Removed Rank math access from Google
    On Word press general settings – analytics – reconnected
    Allowed all on Google, but the difference is I don’t see what your screenshot is showing, ie: create a new Google analytic account etc. what I get is edit Google Analytics management entities, see and download Google Analytics data etc

    I wish I could attach the screenshots, but it is still showing blank

    Can you please confirm if you have verified Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties on the Google account you connected?

    Please double-check that the Google account you connected has a functional Google Search Console and Google Analytics property. If you do not have a Google Search Console property, you can create one by following this guide. You can also sign up for Google Analytics here.
