RankMath not recognising SEO setting on pages

    Rank Math free

    Hi,

For some reason, RankMath SEO Analyser is saying that I haven’t used any Focus Keywords on my pages and other things, but I have completed all SEO.

I’m only getting a score of 56/100. Something isn’t working correctly.

Can you please reply to me, p***@i***********************, as I’m the web developer for Rapier Electronics? Thanks.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you’re using Avada.

Please note that Avada and its Fusion builder are not fully compatible with Rank Math, which is why some tests are not recognized because of the way they add them to the content.

In this case, You can contact the developer of Avada Fusion builder by showing the following link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

Many known companies have already added the compatibility as it only takes a few hours:
    https://rankmath.com/compatibility/divi/
    https://rankmath.com/compatibility/elementor/
    https://rankmath.com/compatibility/themify-builder/
    https://rankmath.com/compatibility/page-builder-framework/
    https://rankmath.com/compatibility/flothemes/

However, the SEO score is only for your reference and doesn’t affect the actual SEO performance of your site. If you feel any of them doesn’t apply to your page or you have already done them, you can safely ignore them as search engines test the live version of your site.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hi Reinelle.

I did ask you to reply to my email (p***@i***********************) as I didn’t want to bother the customer Rapier Electronics with this. Could you reply to my email and not d*****@r*********************** Please.?

I have been moving all of our customers to RankMath from Yoast SEO and understand that RankMath struggles with some aspects of SEO with Avada, but there is something wrong here.

For example, RankMath always notices SEO descriptions, H1 Heading, H2 Heading, Keywords in Title & Description, SEO Title and much more, but it’s not on this website.

I can send you a screenshot to show that it works on plenty of other Avada sites but I don’t have the option to attach items.

Can you have another look please?

    Hello,

Sorry, the support related to plugin issues can only be provided via forums and we can’t email you directly. You can create a new account/ticket from your email address if you don’t want to receive replies on this forum.

It seems like our SEO analyzer crawler is not able to access the live version of your site and that’s why it is showing incorrect results. Please follow this guide to whitelist our IP and user agent in your site/server’s firewall and see if that resolves the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/api-http-400-error/#blocked-by-firewall

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
