    Hello, wondering if you can help.

    I’ve made a mistake. I have been using Rank Math for a few months now and my account is connected to my personal email [moved to sensitive data section]
    Today I decided to purchase content AI credits, but I made the mistake of entering my business email [moved to sensitive data section] when purchasing the credits, forgetting that my rank math account that I have been using for WordPress was through my personal email. When I made the purchase, rank math automatically created a new account for me.

    Can I transfer the content AI credits I purchased to use with my existing account?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    We have transferred the Content AI credits to your Rank Math account (personal email) as requested.

    To ensure that the credits are reflected on your website, head over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and disconnect/connect it again.

    Once done, refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
