We can see that the Schema markup from our plugin is not getting generated on the website but we see some Schema markup on the website.
Do you have any other plugin handling the markup on your website? If so, please try disabling it and see if it’s conflicting with our generation.
If you are not using any other plugin for that generation, please share the screenshot of the Schema tab from the page where this type of Schema should appear so we can see if it has all the right settings.

I can share my wordpress credentials because honestly I am not using any other plugin to generate schema, the one already getting generated is by theme I guess, I can put wp admin details in senstive data.

It looks like you’re not using the latest version of your theme. Please try to update the theme to the latest version and see if that resolves the issue.
