Hi Technicle team,

I am writing this email to seek your assistance. I previously used the Yost SEO plugin, but I have now switched to Rankmath. However, I am facing an issue with my website’s SEO Title. It is displaying correctly on mobile devices, but not on desktops. I have carefully read your article and followed all the instructions, but the problem persists. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Our plugin is adding the correct title tag to your site. However, Google sometimes shows another title & description as it should be. Google tries to generate an improved title from anchors, on-page text, or other sources.

However, sometimes even pages with well-formulated, concise, descriptive titles will end up with different titles in the search results to better indicate their relevance to the query. If Google is showing a different title in web results then it means they are not finding the one set by you suitable for the desktop results.
