  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

For initial troubleshooting, please follow the steps below to ensure that your sitemaps are not getting cached (if not yet):

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

If the issue still persists, please try adding this filter to your active theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

Yes I tried this method too. Still empty url is present in post sitemap

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that your homepage should be the URL from the empty line as it is set to be your archive for your posts.

Could you please confirm if you have added a custom canonical URL to your homepage or excluded it manually?

If not, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

And I cant give my login. So tell me other options from where I can fix this problem.

    Hello,

Thank you for following up on this and we are sorry for the trouble you are facing.

We want to help you fix the issue with your sitemap, but we need some more information from you. We understand that you are not comfortable with giving us temporary access to your website, and we respect your decision.

However, we still need to see the sitemap that is causing the problem, so we can diagnose it and find a solution. Could you please share the URL of the affected sitemap with us through the sensitive data section of this ticket? This will help us understand the issue better and provide you with the best possible support.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

At the moment, you are using a different sitemap generator and it seems Rank Math’s sitemap was disabled. Please refer to my screenshot in the sensitive data section.

Please enable Rank Math’s sitemap so we can debug the issue further.

    Looking forward to helping you.
