AI credits went to wrong account.

    I purchased AI credits with a company credit card. The name on the card is Kimberly Thomas. I was trying to add credits to the i***********@n****************** account. I had the i***********@n****************** open when I clicked the Content AI Credits Package button in the email. The browser opened a new window and created a free Kimberly account and I don’t know how to get the credits into the correct account.

    We have transferred your purchased AI credits to the other email account.

    Now, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct AI credit count.
