Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
In this case, you can follow the steps in our guide here to remove the breadcrumbs from WooCommerce:
https://rankmath.com/kb/breadcrumbs/#woocommerce-breadcrumbs
Once done, apply the Rank Math breadcrumbs (if needed) and let us know if the breadcrumbs are still showing the wrong archive page.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello there,
Thanks for your suggestion.
We tried the suggested code snippet, but the WooCommerce breadcrumbs are still displaying on the product pages. We inserted the snippet in functions.php of our child theme.
Here’s a link to the product page where it is displaying the WooCommerce breadcrumbs:
https://bubliq.com/da/vare/bubliq-value-pack-matsort/
How do we disable the WooCommerce breadcrumbs and show the Rank Math breadcrumbs on the product pages instead?
Thanks.
/ Victor
Hello,
Please try clearing your site, plugin, or any server-level cache and try again to see if that works for you.
If the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello there,
We have currently made a 301 redirect from the category page “https://bubliq.com/da/product-category/sodavandsmaskiner-og-tilbehoer/” to the archive / shop page located here:
https://bubliq.com/da/sodavandsmaskine/
However, we wonder if we should set the category page (https://bubliq.com/da/product-category/sodavandsmaskiner-og-tilbehoer/” to noindex, nofollow?
The issue being that the category page and archive / shop page are currently competing against each other. Hence, to my knowledge, it would make sense to exclude the category page from indexing, right?
Needless to say, we want all the SEO-value to go into the archive / shop page 🙂
I hope it makes sense.
Any help is much appreciated.
/ Victor
Hello,
If you have set a URL to be redirected, then you won’t need to set it as noindex.
The link juice/SEO value is passed from the source to the destination URL with time once the search engine bots realize that it is a redirection and remove them from the search results pages (if it’s already indexed).
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hi there,
Thanks for letting me know!
How about pointing the archive / shop page as the canonical URL to avoid duplicate content – would that be necessary?
Kind regards,
Victor
Hello,
The same goes for canonical URLs from the previous link with the product base.
Since the source URL is redirected already, search engines won’t reach the source code including the canonical tag, so it won’t be necessary to set them.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
