Rank Math Counts Cloaked Affiliate Links as internal links.

Hello,

I’m using the Affiliate Links Lite Plugin to cloak my banggood affiliate links. It’s like a url shortener you know. And I’ve replaced all outbound links with these cloaked ones. The problem is Rank Math detects these as internal links and doesn’t automatically open them in a new tab as it does to normal external links, and it shows there are no outbound links in my post. I’m using the base slug prefix “go” for my affiliate links. Is there any way to add an exception in Rank Math files to recognize urls with the “go” prefix as external links? I don’t know how to write php but I can edit php files very well. So if you provide a code snippet to add, I can add it without any problem!
