I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with loading layouts from the Divi library when Rank Math is activated. This seems to be a browser compatibility issue that has been reported by some other users when using Firefox. Can you confirm if you’re using Firefox? If yes, can you please try using Chrome and see if the problem persists?
If this isn’t an issue with your browser, i.e. the problem persists across browsers, then you can try the following:
- Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math and Divi.
- Clear your website’s cache and browser’s cache and try again.
- Check if there are any JavaScript errors in your browser console when you try to load from the library. You can take a screenshot of it and share it with us so we can check it. Use Imugur to share screenshots.
- Try using a different browser or computer altogether and let us know if that makes any difference.

Wow… You are correct Sir! It was an issue with Firefox. Weird… Haven’t seen that before. Great customer service and great plugin. I’m going to try it for awhile and if things go well we will be converting all our Yoast sites over. Thanks for your help!
