Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support. We are sorry to hear that you are facing some issues with the Rank Math redirection module.
To better understand your problem, can you please share with us the specific rule you’re trying to create and that is not working for you? This will help us to check it and give you more precise guidance.
Thank you for trusting Rank Math as your SEO plugin.
This is what i already supplied in the sensitive data. The actual redirect using both the “contains” or the “regex” condition.
For these two pages, what is the correct way to enter it?
Hi there,
Thanks for your reply.
We want to help you with the redirection problem. But to do this, we need to see the exact REGEX rule that you are using to create the redirection. This will help us to check if there is any error or conflict in the rule that is causing the issue.
Please go to Rank Math > Redirections and click on the redirection rule that you are referring to. Then, please take a full screenshot of the page and attach it to your next reply. You can use imgur.com/upload to share images with us.
This will help us to understand what’s going on and give you more precise guidance. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Have a great day!
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for the additional information.
In this case, you’re not using a REGEX rule. You’re using a CONTAIN rule which we can confirm to be working (I did a short screencast here, link in the sensitive data section).
Can you clear your cache and check on your end again?
Cheers!
