Yes, you need to keep both the plugins Rank Math SEO and Rank Math SEO PRO active to utilize the benefits of Rank Math SEO PRO plugin.
Deactivation of Rank Math SEO will also deactivate Rank Math SEO PRO as intended.
However, if you do not want to use Rank Math SEO PRO and only want to use Rank Math SEO, then you can deactivate Rank Math SEO PRO (if in case for any reason in the future).
