    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits? If so, please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct Content AI credits.

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    The credit count shows 45/55. I purchased 50 credits. Also i’m noticing that the credits that are already on website before this purchase have decreased on several occasions without using those credits.

    We have checked with the accounts team to look into the situation, and they verified that this account only used 9 credits.

    They went ahead and added 36 Content AI credits to your account.

    Thanks Princess but this is not correct. Today my account was showing that I had 10 credits remaining from the previous batch purchased before refreshing the count. When in reality there should have been more. My credits have been disappearing from this previous purchase without me using them.

    I also purchased an additional 50 credits when I had 10 plus remaining from that previous purchase. So there should have been at least 60 credits (not counting the disappearing credits) after my most recent purchase and the refresh of credits. Now my account is showing only 46.

    Can someone please correct this situation?

    Can you please confirm if you have used these credits on a different website/s or connected your website from a different Rank Math account before?

    We have asked since the credit count could be different as we have to track the credit usage by domain to prevent abuse of our free Content AI credit system.

    Ah ok. Yes, I think I purchased the previous set of credits using a different email address/different account but applying the credits to the same website.
