There’s nothing preventing you to do that, but if the sole purpose is to trick search engines to show the star ratings we would recommend caution.
The Schema on the page should always match the content and intent of the page and if we are talking about a service page, then the Service Schema should be chosen instead, even if that doesn’t have Rich Results available.
