Could you please confirm if you have already verified your PayPal account with a credit card?
A credit card is needed to be verified with a PayPal account for automatic subscriptions in case there is no balance in your PayPal account. That is a requirement set forth by PayPal, not us.
Also, please confirm which country are you trying to make the payment using PayPal.
We have asked since Paypal and Amazon Pay are not available in some countries like China. Only Credit/Debit cards with recurring payment enabled are accepted as payment methods.

The CC I had on file with PayPal is no longer listed !!
I’ll get a card installed and try paying for your product again.
however I don’t use PayPal with CC as I have a business that receives payments in PayPal and thus I always have an excess amount of money and so the CC is not required in my account.
