    Hello, I placed an order for 150 AI credits on this account, paying by Paypal, except this Rankmath account is not attached to my Rank math Pro version, so I can’t recover the credits.
    Would it be possible to cancel the Paypal order on your side, and proceed to a refund, so that I reorder on the correct account? Thank you

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    In this case, we can transfer the credits to the correct account, just provide us with the email account you want the credits to be transferred to.

    But, if you want to want to proceed with the refund, we can also do that for you.

    Please tell us what you preferred and we will do the needful.

    Hello, thank you very much for your feedback, I see that the IA credits have been added to the correct account, thank you for your speed, however I have just updated the credits on my wordpress and I am already at 147 while I haven’t done any research since.
    How come the credits disappear on their own?

    We have checked your account and another ticket, and the correct content AI credits are already shown.

    If the credits are still not showing on your site, head over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and disconnect/connect it again.

    Once done, refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
