Could you please share the issue with the sitemap so we can check and advise accordingly? You can also share the link here.
We have asked since Rank Math uses the /sitemap_index.xml by default. Also, the sitemaps generated by Rank Math are dynamic, which means there’s no physical file created in your website’s directory.
Alternatively, if you want, you can change the base of the sitemap URL using the following filter in your active theme’s functions.php file:
https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#change-sitemap-base
After doing so, please submit the sitemap again to your Google Search Console.
