We have now re-enabled this setting due to the google sitemaps/links not aligning with current links.
Please could somebody check our website over for potential issues with the URLs?

Thanks for the reply! It seems since we’ve re-enabled the settings (remove category base and remove base) the 404 errors have stopped and the redirects have started working again. I will reply again if the problem arises again!
