These Rank Math analytics tables on your database are required to store the analytics data that you see in the Analytics Dashboard. If you’re not using Rank Math Analytics module then you can safely delete these tables from your database.
Please do take a complete backup before making any changes to your database.

The ranking data are coming directly from your Google Analytics account. If you delete it from your website’s database, that wouldn’t affect your actual data from Google.
The data from the Rank Math Analytics module is all stored on your own website’s database as we simply fetch the data from Google.
