We have already seen the issue with the latest version of Rank Math about the Google account connection.
However, our developers are looking into it and will soon release a fix for this. This issue is occurring for many of our users and we expect this to be fixed fairly soon as it’s a high priority.
In the meantime, you can roll back to the previous version of Rank Math in order to avoid this issue. Please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control > Rollback Version, select and Install Version 1.0.116

Our developers worked day and night looking into it and released a fix for this issue.
This issue is fixed on high priority basis like we said in the previous reply.
A minor bug that affected the connection to Google Analytics/Google Search Console has been fixed in Rank Math SEO plugin version v1.0.117.1 released on June 16, 2023.

Please update the plugin to the latest version v1.0.117.1.
