    I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to reach out and ask for some assistance regarding an issue I’m experiencing with the RankMath plugin on my website. Specifically, I’m encountering a problem where the sitemap at https://www.bulkaccountsale.com/sitemap_index.xml is being automatically disabled.

    I’ve tried troubleshooting on my own, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a solution. If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has expertise in using the RankMath plugin, I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions you could provide. Your insights could help me resolve this issue and ensure that my website’s sitemap remains enabled.

    I have separated your concern into a new ticket so we can assist you accordingly.

    For initial troubleshooting, please follow the steps below to ensure that your sitemaps are not getting cached:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    If the issue still persists, please try adding this filter to your active theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

    Once done, clear your website and browser’s cache and check again the sitemaps
