An issue with my instant indexing plugin

As activating the plugin is causing a fatal error, we also need your FTP login to troubleshoot the issue further. Please include your FTP login in the sensitive data section. If you’re not sure about your FTP logins, you can contact your hosting provider.

However, we can see that the older version of PHP (7.3.33) is installed on your server which can also cause issues. We recommend updating to at least version 8.0 because anything below that has reached its end of life: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

No, the FTP is only an access to your website files and folders. If you are not sure, you can also check with Namecheap support and ask for the FTP login from them.

Also, while you’re at it, kindly ask the support from Namecheap to upgrade your PHP version as the lowest PHP version supported by our plugins is 7.4. Your website is currently at 7.3.

We are able to login to your FTP server but we can’t access your website files as you can see in my screenshot below:
