There is a problem with my instant indexing plugin. Once I activate it, the website does not open. This issue started when I updated the plugin.
Could you help solve it please?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Here is a video you can follow as well:
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
As activating the plugin is causing a fatal error, we also need your FTP login to troubleshoot the issue further. Please include your FTP login in the sensitive data section. If you’re not sure about your FTP logins, you can contact your hosting provider.
However, we can see that the older version of PHP (
7.3.33
) is installed on your server which can also cause issues. We recommend updating to at least version8.0
because anything below that has reached its end of life: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.phpLooking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
By FTP logins, do you mean the logins to the hosting provider site? For instant, I bought the site hosting from Namecheap. So, do the FTP logins mean credentials to my namecheap account?
Hello,
No, the FTP is only an access to your website files and folders. If you are not sure, you can also check with Namecheap support and ask for the FTP login from them.
Also, while you’re at it, kindly ask the support from Namecheap to upgrade your PHP version as the lowest PHP version supported by our plugins is
7.4
. Your website is currently at7.3
.Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We are able to login to your FTP server but we can’t access your website files as you can see in my screenshot below:
Please verify that.
Also, please keep the WP login information together with your FTP login as well so our support staff can access them both to troubleshoot the issue.
Looking forward to helping you.

Hello,
The FTP details are still not working as it doesn’t provide access to the site’s root directory.
Please check and share the correct details so we can investigate this further.
Looking forward to helping you.
