No available Google Properties & Websites from Analytics & Console

    Hello,
    I am happily using RankMath on more than 30 websites.
    However, on one of them I cannot make the connection with Google work.
    I have tried all the following:
    – deactivating plugins
    – removing permissions for RankMath in myaccount.google.com/permissions
    – removing RankMath plugin and completely deleting its database tables
    – checked the website being correctly written in Google Search Console (https:// and www prefix)
    – created new Google Analytics service/property to have absolutely fresh GA4 instance
    – compared hosting configuration with other RM-working websites (no differences)

    All I get is red signals and empty listboxes for both Console & Analytics – https://ibb.co/d42zTVC
    On other websites the listboxes offer more than 30 search console/analytics instances linked to my Google account.

    Do you have any idea what to do now?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please follow these steps for initial troubleshooting:

    1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:

    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    remove rank math app

    2. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

    3. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
    WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link

    Allow all the permissions on the next screen.

    4. Let the process complete, which might take around 30 minutes.
