  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings to investigate the issue further.

Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Hello, any update / debug ?
    Please see sensitive data
    Thanks for answer

    Hello,

We apologize for the delay in reply.

Upon checking your setup here. It seems that Rank Math does save your meta description as you can see in my screenshot here:

    Rank Math support

The issue is that you don’t see the meta description preview because the custom post type particulier is not set to “editor support”. To fix that, you need to go to your Pods Admin > Edit pods > Advanced Options and enable support for editor:

    Rank Math support

After that, it should work correctly:

    Rank Math support

Please note that having no editor support doesn’t mean that the meta description is not working on the frontend. The correct meta description that you have set for that page should still be rendered on the frontend even if you don’t have editor support.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need my assistance with anything else.
