If you have just configured the user to be the “owner”, you would need to setup the Instant Indexing again, please make sure to follow the guide religiously. This is a tried and tested method and we are certain these instructions work. It is possible that you missed a step or incorrectly chose some option.
If you have already done so and the issue persists, we may need to access your GSC account to check closely the issue.

We’ll need Owner access to your GSC account in order to check and troubleshoot the issue. There are a few settings that I was not able to check and proceed further.
Can you please confirm if you added the email address will Owner access?
Also, make sure you’ve added admin access to your website account you shared with us, since we were unable to access other Rank Math settings.

Indeed you granted the owner access to the GSC but I can still see you didn’t grant complete access to your WordPress site. I was unable to access other settings on your site.
Please make sure the account has complete access to the site.
However, I can see you added Owner to the instant Indexing API and it’s correct. So far I can assume that there might be some issue with the configuration in Analytics. We’d still ask you to go through the complete setup guide once again:
