Analytics is not updating

    Hi,

    I have an issue with analytics that I can’t figure out. It’s not updating automatically. I have to manually update, using the “fetch data” in the settings, every time I want to look at the stats. I don’t see a pending Scheduled Action, nor a scheduled action that would get the data to the app.
    Is there another way the data would be fetched?

    Thank you for your query, and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Could you please setup the Rank Math analytics again to see if that triggers the plugin to generate the scheduled action.

    Please try reconnecting Rank Math Analytics to your Google account once again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

    Click on the red “Disconnect” link as per the screenshot below :

    Once disconnected, refresh the page and head over to the same navigation again.

    Click on the big blue color “Connect Google Services” button as per the screen shot below :

    Please ensure that you select the correct Google Account and provide all the permissions while proceeding further.

    If the above does not help, then this must due to the settings on the website if the DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true.

    In order to fetch the analytics data automatically we rely on the WP-Cron and if it is disabled on your site it will not work.

    Please ensure that the DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to false in your wp-config.php file.

    You can also get in touch with your web host and ask them to enable the cron jobs.

    If that is already correct and the issue persist, we might need to take a closer look at the settings.
