Where’s the SEO Analysis

    Rank Math free

I’ve been using your product on three other websites, two of them paid. Really like it…. but just loaded it on http://www.birdseyemarketing.com and there is no SEO analysis on the posts? Would happily provide screenshots but your ticket system won’t allow.

Yoast SEO has been removed from the site…. now I regret that because I cannot insert my keyword or get any form of SEO analysis on a post. Very frustrating and creates a poor experience with someone ready to purchase a pro version for my other customers! Hopefully you have an easy fix?

  • Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

You can upload your screenshots at https://imgur.com and share them here.

    1. Please head over to your WordPress > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts and make sure that the “Add SEO Controls” option is enabled. See the screenshot below:

    Rank Math support

Please make sure that the “Advanced Mode” is enabled if you don’t see the said option: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/

    2. If the SEO Controls are already enabled, try expanding the “Screen Options” on your post editor and ensure that “Rank Math SEO” is checked:

    test

    3. If that is also checked and the issue persists, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Here is a video you can follow as well:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
