The English is a translation of the German product so I wouldn’t want to have the listing show as German and be English.
Is there a way to set the Schema to be sale location in Germany?
Could this be coming from some other meta data ? Everything on my wp website is DE..

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
The country of sale cannot be set inside the Schema markup and the free listings are usually taken from Google by various sources and compared the data from them such as the data appearing on the page, the language of the product, and the reviews amongst others.
Also, usually, this list shows the country where some products were disapproved but that doesn’t mean the products are not approved in other countries.
We would recommend checking the feed you are submitting and making sure that you are sending all the required information on it so the products are approved in all relevant countries.
You can check the “real” reason for the disapproval by going to GMC > Products > Diagnostics and clicking on the account issues tab.
You can also click the link to view the fix suggestion to get the suggestions from Google on this matter.
