This looks like a conflict between outdated versions of WordPress, PHP and may be other themes and plugins.
Please ensure you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet)
Also, there are various technical requirements that your website should qualify for Rank Math to function correctly.
Please check Rank Math Plugin Requirements here : https://rankmath.com/kb/requirements/
Kindly update the PHP version and WordPress Core to the maximum possible latest updated versions to see if that works for you.
If you don’t know how to update the PHP version, the easiest way to achieve that is to ask your hosting company.
If the issue persist even after the update, then please share the latest error log with us after the updates.
