Hi Princess. Thank you very much for your help. I appreciate it. I have completed the purchase/renewal of my RankMath subscription.
Since my RankMath pro license was deactivated for a few days, Do I need to enter all settings again? or Do previous settings come back automatically once RankMath Pro is re-activated ? (sitemaps, schema templates, SEO settings, redirections etc). Please advice.

Hello,
All of your settings and data are stored in your database. So once your subscription renews, you won’t need to set up again the Rank Math PRO features you have mentioned.
However, we recommend reconnecting your website/s to your Rank Math account to ensure that all the Rank Math PRO functions work on your site properly. Head over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard> Help tab, and disconnect/connect again.
