Wordpress Login issue and page is not working error

If the issue is caused by Rank math, please deactivate the plugin via ftp to have the site back on so we can look into this issue. We would also love some ftp access while we troubleshoot your issue.

I removed the Rank Math plugin using FTP access but it didn’t fix the issue (the site down) so it seems it was not Rank Math causing the issue.

To keep checking it I would need to know if it is fine I keep disabling plugins using FTP until we are able to log in to the website.

Even renaming all your plugins or themes doesn’t fix the issue which means it has nothing to do with any plugin or theme you installed.

Seems like an issue with your server.

Please show that to your hosting provider and ask them to fix it.

The files inside the wp-includes folder are not added by plugins (so it is not done by Rank Math nor any other plugin). It can happen if you have some malware in your website or if you have a corrupt WordPress installation.

Our recommendation would be to reinstall WordPress (if you want to keep your current design and plugins you will need to use some plugin to backup it and restore after reinstalling WordPress).
